Anything that makes Treasure when it attacks is worth looking at for an aggressive deck, and the card draw gives your opponents a reason to keep taking a measly 4 damage
I wouldnt go overboard with adding extra ramp either because the curve is quite low and there are plenty one, two and three drops to the point more ramp can kind of feel like a dead draw
It can deal with a lot of things, but it will basically never do it efficiently, and Scry 1 being tacked on isnt exciting enough for this to rise above a 2.0 It has passable stats and helps enable all of your graveyard shenanigans that youre almost guaranteed to have in Black Its important than this exile instead of letting the opponent discard, as you dont want to be helping your opponent get Descend stuff going
